Bad service

<p>I went to mtn maverick in hemingways to upgrade my phone then this guy Chad told me it'll take 2-24 hours to get my phone but I waited for more than that,they called me and told me my phone has arrived I should come and collect it then next thing when I get to the branch the phone apparently was taken by some lady whose doing outside business and I was so ****ed of cause I travelled to get to the mall.What made so angry is that after I told Chad to cancel the whole just when I was walking out of the shop Chad and his collegue stupid all guy they busy saying "thank you mam and have a lovely day"instead of apologising for inconvenience they making fun of me its so unprofessional I've never received bad service from mtn ever.</p>
