Bad service

<p>I went to MTN in hemingways east london maverick to do upgrade and then they told me to wait 2-24 hours for my new phone and I waited more than that,after a week of waiting they called me telling me my phone has arrived and then when I went there to get it they told me their collegue took it.I am so ****ed off about this it's ****** unprofessional I travel a long distance to come to town.What ****ed me off even worse these stupid guys were busy wishing me a grea further instead of apologising for this inconvenience making nuisance.I never receive such poor service from MTN ever.</p>
