Worst service ever
I placed an order five days in advance and was assured the item will be ready within two days also i will get a callback, four days passed no callback i had to call again to insure that my item was there, \Yes he said Mr. Mhlanga your item will be here when you come and collect it

We have tried to get hold of you several times on the telephone number supp**** without success. Sir you claim Keith was the person that is responsible for this complaint , but we established that there is no Keith working in this store. The manager of the store also doesn't recall any of the above.
We will keep on trying to get hold of you, to resolve the matter.
