Worst sales advice and no accountability!! Lost R3500 because of them!

We saw an add for the 450W PSU for R389 and went to Matrix Kollenade Retail Park on 04/07/2020. They gave us a 242W PSU for the same price and the salesguy became all technical about how it is a 450W. We bought it, trusting that the salesguy knew what he was talking about.

It blew our ASUS 4th gen motherboard and CPU!

We went back to Matrix in Kollenade Retail Park and the guy sticks by his story that the PSU is in fact a 450W (even though all packaging says 242W)

They refused to refund us or to take any responsibility for the motherboard burning out.

This is unacceptable! We will never shop there EVER again.

We want a full refund for the PSU as well as a FREE replacement for the motherboard & CPU, as it was Matrix's staff who advised us incorrectly!
