Worst Customer Service I have ever come across
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I took my laptop in and I had to call in 3 times as they promised it would be done by the afternoon and 2 days later I get a response and they never returned my phone calls...… I then need an insurance report and called for 2 days asking to speak to the technician and I always got he will call you back in 10 minutes and eventually I gave up!!!1 They don't care about customers or there service. This was the matrix in fourways in belairs so please avoid it

08 Oct 2019, 16:18Yeah, very one just keeps saying sorry and nothing gets done at all. So I will never return to another one of your stores and I will never refer business to your company. You need to train our staff of customer service and to keep there word and not treat clients as just another number. very very poor.
