Worst computer company
I bought a Acer computer from this company and will never deal with them again,after 3months the hard drive gave in and I were suspicious from day one that it were a second hand computer. Matrix we're going to replace the computer from Acer but after losing all data and mails they really don't give a damn. Last week they were going to get me a new laptop ,after the manager this week I got the same response from the manager at head office,we are still waiting for paperwork I will get back to you.ALl my clients communicate placing orders via e mail. I HAD ENOUGH. After speaking to DEon at their head office today his number 011. *** we swore each other and he told me he is doing me a favour by trying to get me a new computer.HALLO

We apologize for frustration and for the failure of your PC resulting in the loss of data. Unfortunately data is not covered under warranty at all and is the responsibility of the owner. It is highly recommended that data is backed up and stored by the user as frequently as possible. The laptop has been sent to the manufacturer for assessment in order to process the claim. Once the results of the assessment has been completed and authorized then the claim will be processed by Matrix Warehouse. The unit that you purchased has a carry in warranty and is subject to this warranty process. There are alternate laptops available with upgraded warranty where the warranty might suit your needs better. We understand your frustration and every effort will be made to complete the process as soon as possible.
