worsed customer service ever
I purchased a 64GB usb flash drive and when I got home I discovered it was faulty so I took it back and they replaced me with a new one ,which had the same fault so today I went back to return it and the Technical guy repairing computers gave me the worst customer service...he was going on about how qualified he is in the field of I.T ,all this is my fault, I dont know anything , ....saying I should configure the item to what he thinks is right He was arguing with me when im telling him about my problem it was the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life.....im never shopping there ever again #angry

We apologise for your frustration. Both units have been testing as working with no fault found. It appears that there may be a different problem that you are experiencing. Please ensure that the ports on your PC are working correctly. Matrix Warehouse would be most willing to test the ports on your PC to locate where the fault may be.
