When Will I know?
Hi, I would like to know, does Matrix computers' consultants really know how to test stuff and furthemore does the technicians know how to repair or even test stuff? I bought a 1tb internal Hard drive, 3 days later I plugged it in for usage for the first time. It worked fine for three days as the last data usage was 63GB used of 1 000GB. Probably UNDER 10 percent? Anyway, whilst viewing my data, the hard drive decides to turn off, with the fan not working. It overheats as soon as I plug it in. Nevertheless I take it in. The consultants check it out and claim only one came back with the fault. I called them back 5 days later to find out what's happening with hard drive, and all I get is \Oh I'm sorry

All components that are subjected to possible surges are sent away for testing to confirm that there is no physical damage. Components that clients connect themselves are also subjected to possible damage and are sent to suppliers to verify the fault. Matrix Warehouse will not compromise this policy until the suppliers verify cause of failure. The store will contact you regarding the warranty claim shortly.
