Website-Waste of time, money and effort.

I had to do a skype interview and was in urgent need of microphone headsets, which i ordered on the matrix website. I ordered the cheapest pair they had as it was only for the time being until i got the job before i ordered a proper pair, I clicked for it to be delivered to my closest branch the next day(as per the options the website gave me), the day of the interview. I arrive at the branch 20 minutes before closing and when i arrive, no earphones. When they called head office, head office had the nerve to say but online deliveries take 3-7 working days, but that is not what the website said. In the end i had to buy a more expensive pair of headphones because i needed them for that night. To my surprise when i get home, i realize my laptop does not have the two point required to plug in the mic and headphones, my mistake yes.

We decide to go to the head office to get the adapter that allows the space for the jacks, because according to the website head office had in stock, just to get there and be told we need to go to mall of the south. Which we had to do, finally at home with the adapter and the stupid thing crackles on the microphone, meaning we have to go back to the mall of the south in order to exchange it and probably pay more money for better quality.

This is a waste of time, money and effort just to get service and products out of Matrix Warehouse. Not updating websites, unfriendly service and treating the like in proper.

I wont buy from them again, and i will advise all my family and friends to do the same.
