Was kicked out of Matrix Mafikeng store for complaining to head office for being overcharged

<p>After charging me R1299 for a R500 modem at Matrix Mafikeng i checked the prie online and called the head office and they contacted the mafikeng store who then called me to come personally to the store not knowing that i was in for it.</p> <p>As soon as i got there i was told that i should not have called the head office because they work different from the matrix head office and i should never put a foot at mafikeng matrix again otherwise they will never sell to me again, i was rudely told that i should do my shopping else where beausae people like me cause trouble for reporting that i was over charged by almost x3 the orinal amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sales person was so rude that the manager shouted shut up to him as he could not stop yelling at me that i should not have told on him. I was even shaking beause i could not believe the words he was saying. The manager was just quet listerning to the sales person and i asked her how she can allow this, then she told the sales person to shut up and he continued saying i should never return to the matrix store ever again and saying he has a right to not ever sell to me again right next to the manager.</p>
