Volume License
Sometime ago in 2014, I purchased a Desktop i3 PC from Matrix Lakefield. They built the PC to standard spec with Windows 8. Never had a problem with the PC. But has time goes on, Windows 10 came available and the free upgrade was available for download. I only now downloaded the update when our whole office moved over to Office 365. After upgrading to Windows 10, the Windows 10 would not activate. I then called Microsoft and they did an investigation into this. It was found that Matrix Lakefield loaded a volume license of Windows 8 and I will not be able to activate Windows 10, unless the administrator does it. Furthermore, Microsoft informed me that it is ******* to load a volume license on a PC that is sold to the public. I made contact with the Lakefield Branch, and I received such bad service and support with this problem. I had the Manager / Technician shouting at me because he was not employed at the time of me purchasing this product and he does not know what to do. I urgently require a Windows 10 product key that can be activated. I have made contact with the owner Peter and he was supposed to come to my office to discuss this matter and he never arrived or called. How can people support an organisation that has no after sales support and performing ******* activities as per Microsoft?

Please note that this franchise in Lakefield has been revoked some time ago and does not form part of the Matrix Warehouse Group anymore. We suggest that you take it up with the owner Peter, as he was the same owner then.

This still remains the problem of Matrix Warehouse Group and you cannot distance yourself from the ********* behavior. Peter has been informed and still does nothing about it!

Lakefield is a separate registered entity (Business) that by agreement trades under our name. If he has done something *******ly then he has done this without our consent and we strongly condemn these type of actions. We suggest that you take this legal with Peter if he is unwilling to assist.

I will not be associated with ******* software loaded onto my PC and legal action will be taken. I will also report incident this to Microsoft, and in hope they stop Matrix Warehouse from being a supplier of their product.
I am also concerned that Matrix Warehouse is trying to distance themselves from any association with Matrix Warehouse Lakefield. Having their franchise revoked, one can surmise that previous ******* activities took place and a number of other customers experienced the same treatment.
As Matrix Warehouse Group, I would suggest you get Peter to make contact with me. I have tried! This incident is going to be spread far and wide until I am satisfied with the outcome!
