Very Ugly and bad customer service!!!
On the 30th of March 2015 I went to Matrix warehouse computers in richards bay zinkwazi mall round about 17:30 pm to shop for a kaspersky antivirus 2015 as I was still moving around the shop trying to find the software I noticed that it was placed in the shelv next to the sales agents , I went there and the price for it was R299.00. <br> I then went to the white lady who was a sales rep & she was busy counting usb's on the table I greeted her nicely in a polite manner and requested this antivirus software she starred at me without even greeting me back then she went on to take that cd and I gave her the R299.00 the she retorted back saying its R400.00 and I said no its 300 I even told her to come and check the price tag so she came and said \ you said internet security"I responded with a shock & anger and said to her I never said internet security even the guy who was next to me as a customer was amazed in how the lady responded "

The staff member has been addressed for the behavior as described by you. The intention was most definitely not to come across as it has. Please accept an apology from the staff member for the distress that you have experienced at the store. This is not the manner of service that the staff member regularly offers her clients and was shocked that you thought she was rude. Matrix Warehouse regrets that the incident was construed as being rude and we apologize that you were felt to feel this way at our store.
