VERY BAD SERVICE

Good day. I was on monday 9 July 2018 at matrix warehouse to order a part and they said will order and will be there on Wednesday so i was waiting for the call and didn't received any calls on Wednesday, Thursday either friday. I got in my car on 13 July 2018 drove to matrix and i asked one technician for my part and they don't know of any parts been ordered and the technician that supposed to order it is not at the shop. The shop is located in TABLE VIEW MALL. what i can't understand is they even don't have any parts in the shop to buy looks like everything goes on order.ALSO IS NOT MY FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
