USB Light

I've tried to purchase a usb light as advertised in the brochure. I've been told by Heidelberg branch, no stock and new stock pending. Some of the staff were not helpful and did not even try to help me.<br> This has been going on for about 4 weeks.<br> I've also submitted an email via the contact us site.<br> <br> Alberton branch also advised that stock was pending. The background noise was so bad the I could hardly hear the lady speaking on the phone. The background noise was people talking and laughing loudly. Needless to say no one can tell me when I can expect a usb light.<br> kindly advise if stock and when will be available
