Unprofessional Service Provider that sell faulty computer components!!!!

Bought a laptop charger from Matrix wareouse in Meadowdale in March 2025, by early June the charger stopped working , I went back to Meadowdale to find out they moved to Boksburg Jansen Park. I took the NON WORKING charger to Boksburg branch and was told it would take 7-21 days as it has to be sent to the supplier. After a huge disagreement they finally took the charger because i was suppose to bring the laptop as well., which I didnt know

Following which I received amessage from them yesterday to tell me that the charger they sold me is not " Thier Brand" , now I am confused as to how this is the case because I only had that charger i sent back to them. Now in an essence I have been told by the sales person its NOT THIER BRAND and offering no alternative solution even after i told them continuously that that is the only charger i have and return the very same one to them ...Essentially now I am the **** because thats what they claim , how unprofessional the sales person was , in the end i am now resorting to Hello peter to get my charger fix or replaced! They are just unconcerned when I told them I am going to hello Peter....never ever again will I use them ever!!!
