UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SARCASTIC, DISMISSIVE ARROGANT STAFF

Tuesday 3.12.2019 Staff: Rude, sarcastic, dismissive (young Afrikaans man, didn't get his name); uppity (Basil the manager/supervisor), and surly (Indian man, didn't get his name). Processed an exchange, which I appreciated, but attitude negates any positives. Good service and customer-centric attitude from technician Kosta. Prompt, constructive response to my email directly to Matrix head office. Will not shop at Matrix Woodmead again and possibly not at any other Matrix but Kosta and H/O attitude might soften my stance towards Matrix in general. Matrix Woodmead, however, never again.
