Unprofessional and disgusting

I'm surprised that Matrix has lasted as long as it has & with the current service that I have experienced after taking the computer back & wasting my petrol a& time, guess what, not sorted & the only person that would have been able to resolve was not consulted with. Due to arrogance. Clearly they believe that I fell off the back of a truck because they didn't download the Windows 10 that they said because I know where to check. Be very careful & act with extreme caution before going to them. It continues to be a nightmare & Small Claims Court appears to be the only route.

There will never be another time as I had to go to another company to get the probelm resolved and within a few minutes which should have been sorted had your team had the knowledge and experience in dealing with such issues and have no business selling products such as desktop computers because they require additional cards etc but it is easier to blame everything else regardless of how idiotic it sounds. Matrix should do themselves a favour and record the things they say and in the playback consider if they would believe what they said. The responses on HelloPeter are rehe****d and fully intended to mislead persons reading them.

A different company replaced the usb wireless card & all problems solved. Something that Matrix should have been able to do. Do not buy any computers from Matrix because it then has to go to a different company to fix up the apparently sub standard parts.
Cartridge Hyper is the best place for all cartridges.
