Unlicensed Products Sold
I bought A Dell computer from the Krugersdorp Branch in January, with the Windows 10 included. Now a message keeps on popping up asking for the Product Key. This means that the Code entered was unlicensed. I went back to them only to be told that my computer needs to go back to the Head office. This will then take 7 – 21 workings days. How come the computer needs to go to head office for a Product Key??? This is my work computer needed to generate income, so I cannot let it go for one day. If they installed the legal codes the I would not be in the situation. What now?
Hi Wally
As discussed the Dell product has an embedded product key and therefore cannot be pirated. Dell help centre will have to assist us to unlock the key in the windows protocol. Should you fail to activate through Dell as discussed then we will gladly assist as arranged.

Hi Wally you came into the store on the 11th. While talking to you we went through your laptop, and noticed that a lot of functions was blocked. As we spoke we I did a scan on it and picked up that there where malware on the laptop. We did the scan and even showed you the stuff being found. You then said that this happened right after your servers got redone and one of the machines crashed. After the scan was done we restarted the machine and you had full access to your laptop and the Windows said it was activated. For the piracy part we went to see if any software was installed by programs and features and found nothing there.
