UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES

In August 2015 i bought a blaupunkt tablet for R1400. It was used already and i was told it's in proper working condition. I have never had any joy from using this tablet as it had system defects. It keeps on downloading ****ography applications automatically. I took it to the store early January 2016 where it was booked for repairs. I collected it after a week but it was worse than before. I took it back in where an employee advised there is nothing he can do besides booking it in again for repairs. This tablet has already been booked in for more than three times, i requested a refund or to be credited where i was told that is not possible. I hardly owned this tablet for 6 months but i had endless problems. As a consumer i feel my rights being violated. The nature in which they run their business is truly unjust, unfair and unconstitutional. I advised an employee who was assisting me that if this is how Matrix treats its customers i will have to take this further where he advised his \manager/owner of the store\" said its fine i can take this further and said this defect is software related of which i was never advised about when i booked it in the first time or when i bought it"
