********* and downright disgusting experience at Matrix Warehouse Princess Crossing

I am highly disgusted with this branch of Matrix Warehouse... At the end of November I took 2 computers to them for testing because we had a major lighting strike and both PC's were out...

They gave feedback and said everything is busted except the Harddrives... As I paid I was asked if I would like to recycle the computers they can do that for me... I paid R500 for the 2 pc's to be tested, and had a feeling something was off...

I got friends to help me test them again. Some of the RAM is still fine, the NVIDIA 1050ti is still working 100% which is not a cheap graphics card to replace. AND, wait for it, the i3 CPU and the i7 CPU is also still working 100%...

So I paid R500 to get **** to about my computers. And it would have cost me way more to get the computers up and running again had I not gotten a 2nd opinion...

Matrix Warehouse Princess Crossing, what you did was ********* and completely unacceptable. You will never see me again. I actually want my money back but I doubt that will even happen...
