Unacceptable service delivery from Matrix Warehouse Melkbosstrand

<p>My laptop went in 9th of May 2016 to have the P button repaired and this meant having the keyboard replaced for R750. After almost 2 months whilest the laptop is there, the owner Jannie admitted that something alse went wrong and offered at some point to have my laptop rebuild at no cost to me. After he realised that would be too costly, he offered to replace my laptop. Then all of a sudden after head office intervention, he changed his commitments and want to hand my laptop back to me in a total non working condition. There has been gross negligence from Matrix Warehouse Melkbosstrand that caused my laptop to become disfunctional and I can not accept my laptop in a worse condition from him than what it was when I handed it in. I want my laptop repaired at no cost to me except the R750 keyboard replacement, or issued a new laptop, or return my laptop in the state I handed it in which was fully functional with exception of the P button not working.</p>
