Unacceptable!!!!!

Bought brand new laptop battery. Within 6 months starting to run down flat within 20min of starting up laptop.<br> Took it back to shop, they would have booked it in and send it off. Update time period given was 21 days.<br> Phoned yesterday to follow up on the battery. Just to hear that they can't find the battery bar code.<br> Then told me, it's a pirate battery. Then he would have spoken to the manager and come back to me.<br> Still no one has come back to me. I don't have time to call back every time when they promise they will call me back, and secondly, how could it be a pirate battery if i bought at your own shop, I still have all the slips and receipts as proof.
