Took repairing into my own hands after bad service

My DaVoom speakers made a buzz noise, so took it in to Matrix warehouse to repair. After the techy told me they will send it away to head office for repair, it will return in about three weeks (he will call me). After four weeks I went back to follow up, they said it's not back. Then after another three weeks i went back to follow up, after they did not call me. They speakers was in their store room for who knows how long. Could not repair, don't know if they even tried. Opened the speakers myself this afternoon and fixed it within a half-hour. No replacements just cleaned and serviced and Matrix's trained personnel couldn't even do it....
