Too long of a waiting period for only R99 refund

It took almost 2 months and numerous calls to the Head Office of Matrix just to secure my R99 refund. I bought a faulty powerbank and then returned it and got new powerbank but that one was also faulty. After telling them too test the third one, as a way of personally seeing it is faulty, I asked for refund. Weeks passed and nothing but excuses. I then, after calling Head Office again, finally secured my refund. I was then **** to by one of the personnel about a possible voucher for my troubles, because after talking to the Big Boss I was told they do not issue vouchers and that I could only get my refund. Too much trouble for R99. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
