They fix to break staff.
They fix to break staff.
Took in my laptop for screen and hinges to be repaired. they said they would replace with new ones. its been 6 months and my laptop is in a worse off state as before i had taken it to be repaired. Took it back and I was told I broke it....

After some investigation we found out that the laptop came back with new physical damage after the repairs were effected more than 6 months ago. The store has however agreed to assist you, by giving you the labor for free to fix the laptop. You will however need to pay for the parts needed.
