They broke my motherboard

How to keep my computer box to be fixed after a faulty RGB controller in my brand new box they sent it to the company and the company said nothing was wrong with the box as soon as we went to them they swapped out the rtb controller and it started working then they told me to bring my part of my computer and I did they told me they were going to put my books back to get a free of charge but then the unbelievable happened a few days ago they called me and told me my RAM slots have been broken they don't know how it happened but it happened I went into matrix to see what the problem was as soon as I went in I saw that one of the 4 RAM slots was still working but when I took it in all 4 RAM slots were working and they confirmed it in front me and my dad so when I receive the call I was totally shocked because I knew my box was a 100% working.
