They broke instead of Fixing

I took my pc in to Matrix Bloemfontein for graphics card testing and driver installation. On the second day I get call that they can't touch my pc because of loose connectors. When I get there I find 2 broken motherboard sata connectors that were next to a hard drive that one of their technicians removed because I needed to leave with it when booking it in. My motherboard is a year old (MSI A320M PRO-VD PLUS). I have recorded phone calls between me and the supplier of the graphics card showing that my only problem was the graphics card driver.

In the end the problem was the MB bios being out of date. I haven't received a call back from the store since informing them that their technician caused the problem that made them refuse to fix my pc.

Good day

When the PC was collected we advised you that there is a lot more work that needs to be done than just a driver install, even by your own observation it was blue screening. The PC was received in a very poor state and we also advised you of the same. We cannot accept responsibility for the state in which the PC was received. The PC was removed by yourself not allowing us any chance to see if the issues can be resolved. If you want to bring the PC in so that we can work on it, then feel free to book it in so that we can see if we actually can resolve the issues you are experiencing.

Regards

My pc was perfectly functional when I took it to Matrix. I had recently bought a gigabyte radeon rx 570 from Evetech and was having trouble installing the latest graphics driver (which caused blue screens.). Before that my pc was working perfectly with a Zotac gtx 950 or the ryzen apu.
There's a recorded conversation between me and Evetech telling them that I'm taking the graphics card to matrix for testing because it only works with an old driver.

I took my pc from your store because your technician told me that it would cost much more than the quoted R350 to touch my pc when it had loose cables (that call was also recorded).
I took my pc because I was going to be charged for something they broke. Why would I give them a chance to break more things and blame me for it in order to upsell me.

My pc is currently working with damaged sata ports with one of them dead. All it need was a motherboard Bios update because the last update it received was the Ryzen 2200g one.

My pc case was old but the motherboard, processor and ram are a year old. All bought from Evetech.

Ryzen 2200g
MSI A320M PRO-VD PLUS
8GB Ballistic Ram

Check the cameras in your store or the Waterfront cameras and you'll see me walk in during the day with nothing in my hands and walk out with a jiffy bag which had a hard drive I had asked one of your technicians to remove from my pc. That's exactly when my sata ports got damaged.

I can also offer you my phone conversations as evidence of my statements.
