THEIR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE STINK!!!!!!

Bought a FAULTY hdmi connector which got sent in to test, it was found faulty. These things come with a 7-day warranty, the replacement part which is BRAND NEW did not come with the 7-day warranty, when I questioned that, I was rudely told that there's nothing I can do, it will be sent in again on the ORIGINAL invoice if it's faulty!! Don't support Matrix !! Lesson learned!!
