The worst branch in the Southern Hemisphere

This particular branch has 4 assistants and they are all lousy at service delivery let alone assist customers efficiently.I brought my desktop in as it had a minor problem with the graphics card.One guy attended to me but even his assistance was lousy.At one point a lady came in who required assistance and none of the other 3 approached her to assist so she eventually left. I don't know what the rest of the other assistants are there for.If you're going to wear a shirt with the Matrix warehouse logo on it,you should wear it with pride in enjoying your job to assist customers and deliver a service that'll have them coming back...I'm appalled!!!!
