Terrible after service at Matrix Warehouse Gift Acres

Replaced hardrive, battery, cooling fan and memory in my laptop. After receiving my laptop back Windows keeps on crashing. When I tried to return the laptop the service department grudgenly informed me that it is probably just a Windows update error and they can do nothing until the next windows upgrade the following week, without really looking to see what the actual problem is. Even though I insisted that the problem is in all probabilty a driver issue that causes Windows to crash. The people in the store were extrememly rude and not prepared to assist me. Laptop still crashing even after Windows updates so this was clearly not the problem.
