Take no liability for their damage

We bought a laptop from Matrix just to find out that is have no CD drive, they opened the laptop to put in the hard drive and scratched the laptop, now they don't want to refund the laptop nor exchange it. On the pictures you can see clearly it's where they used the ***** driver. This is horrible service and they make sure that you can't do anything about it. Now they want to sell me an external CD drive inorder for the laptop work sufficiently, Really tried solving the problem and even offer to pay an amount in because the exchange laptop is bit more expensive. However no joy.
