Super Customer service from Jessica -Alberton Matrix Head Office

I attended the Alberton Matrix Store and purchased a Logitech Webcam C310, Was assisted by Jessica. Had a compatibility issue with a product and explained it to Jessica, She immediately suggested an alternative product and again I had compatibility issues with the product. She went all out to follow up and exchange the product until I found what I wanted. She is an Asset to the business and Good friendly staff, that do they best they can are Hard to come by.
