SUNWARD VILLAGE MATRIX WAREHOUSE HORROR

Sunward Village Matrix Warehouse. I am very angry. My father (75)years took in his laptop that he received as a gift from my brother (without the charger). He specifically asked the young tech there if he will just be able to test to see if the laptop still charges and switches on and if it did my father would buy the universal charger from them.... the guy told my father he needs to book it in and before he touches it it will be a R200 fee... UNBELIEVABLE... I used to work in IT myself, he could have just tested it what would have been a 5minute task and make R500+ that day. 3 July 2019. But no, he decided to be lazy, rude and unhelpful instead. I really hope he could afford to lose a potential customer as it seems that store is not very busy at all, which makes one wonder why.... My husband called the shop where the young tech had the nerve to tell my husband that my dad wanted to book the laptop in, outright LIE, my father was willing to wait to see if the laptop works. I just think that that certain young man has no respect for his elders and he is costing his company a lot of money. This is not the last you will hear from me.

Good day Elize

It seems that there was a misunderstanding from the staff members side and he has offered to personally apologize to your father. We will offer to test the laptop for free and see if we have a charger that will work. We will also supply the charger at a discount to make up for any inconvenience caused.
