I bought a phonetab PF73 about 5 months ago and now after being on it for 10 minutes it says 15 percent battery power left then immediately switches of, and after charging all night, says 56 percent charged, now I must pay courier costs to send it away and my business my suffer for how long while the try fix it. not acceptable. very unhappy. spoke to someone at alberton and general manager would ring me by 12pm, now it 1pm and when I ring nobody answers the phone.

As discussed telephonically this unit comes with a carry in warranty. We checked with the suppliers and the only repair center for that unit is situated in Gauteng. We will honor the warranty as per our terms and conditions. Please ensure that the unit is taken in to the nearest branch and we will take care of it from there.
