Staff don't know their products

I was at Matrix Warehouse one the 16-08-2015 to buy a new 1000W PSU, When i asked the sales clerk about what they had in stock he had to consult his supplier list for a quote the pricing he had was for June -July <br> and that i should take the estimated price as about R 3000.00 so i gave them R 1400.00 deposit so he could order it and give me the remaining balance the next day per SMS it been about one week now so i went to store to ask him what is going on what the balance and if it is going to arrive, he has not worked out the balance or order the new one because it was out of stock...
