Good Morning, Hope you well, I bought SSD SCANDISK Hdd from Matrix Warehouse at Carnival mall, My SSD not working anymore, and I call matrix and they told me it will take a week to sort this out and I phone a company called Tuodo guy call Benji, he said that he will email matrix warehouse to do my swap out immediately, When i arrived at Matrix Carnival Mall, they told me the SDD was bought last year, Ive been doing research, and it says that SANDISK come more then 2 year warranty, Ive email Benji again they try to help best they can but seems like Matrix IGNORE this. I think Matrix just want to make money out of peaple and not help, Why does things come with warranty if matrix cant sort this out for me sorry for the word ITS BULLL**** Company. if i dont get email back from Matrix Warehouse Carnival Mall today, i will take action like i will do what rest of the peaple do go to SPEAK OUT.

Benji also email Matrix that they must give me credit couse they do sell that drive anymore.
