Shocking service at Matrix Warehouse Boksburg

Matrix Warehouse Boksburg - Your service is shocking! My laptop was supposed to be fixed by Friday 9th February. No phone call as a simple courtesy to communicate any kind of problem. My husband has to drive to your branch to find out that the screen still has not been delivered. We must just wait until Monday, 12th! On Monday, 12th we were told that they've run out of stock! How does a business take your money, say it will be ready by Friday and then on Monday change the story? It's going to take 2 weeks now, apparently! 😡 Wednesday, 14th and the story changes again! 😡 If I want my laptop within the 2 weeks they told me it would be ready on Monday, it will cost me an extra R1 000! Otherwise, the 1st March on the original invoice! How can Matrix operate like this? Absolutely, the worst customer service ever!
