Shocking PC unfriendliness.

I can't speak for other branches but as for the Matrix Warehouse branch in the Bonaero Park shopping centre, I would avoid them at all costs. The reception side was great but I found the chap in the technical side to be abrupt and blunt to the point of actually being rude. He made me feel as if I was a nuisance. After taking in my PC to evaluate and if possible, upgrade the hardware. I never heard a single word again. Just under a week later I picked it up with nothing being done to it. So,.... the hunt goes on for someone who would be willing to check my PC out and possibly do some upgrading to the hardware without making me feel as if I am interrupting their free time.
