**** service and policies at matrix

Bought a 50m ethernet, which I no longer needed. Still sealed and everything, wanted to return and to get a refund. So I get told it's company policy that they can't do refunds on cables, I could understand if the packet was opened, however mine is still sealed and everything as I bought. So I basically wasted R350 and sitting with a 50m cable that I will probably never use. I think this is very poor of matrix and they should seriously look at changing their return policy, especially if whatever is bought is still in the original packaging and untouched.
