SERVICE

yesterday 28th July 2022 my husband went into the Matrix warehouse Edenvale to see what was wrong with his tablet. The gentleman said he would have a look. Had a look and then said ok that will be R500.00 He said they usually charge R750.00 but will only charge him R500.00. There was no discussion as to what was wrong with it nor what they could do to help him. i dont know if it was his age. He is 72 years of age and Roo.00 is a lot of money. The service is dissgusting. Service is not existing. This is not very good advertising. STOP EXPLOITING the senior members of society. R500 may not seem a lot but when you are on pension it is a lot of money. We are all going through a tough time but dont try and make a buck without thinking first. It called common deficiency. Service isjust not here anymore
