Matrix Warehouse would not sell any product that we could not offer satisfactory warranty on. The screen can most definitely be replaced but the damage is not covered under warranty. The screen can be replaced by the manufacturers repair center. The quote to repair would be depending on what the extent of the damage is. Please accept our apology for the frustration and confusion that the misinformed staff member has relayed to you.
