Selling incorrect product

I went to the Matrix Warehouse in Benoni, Lakeview Square to get a wireless keyboard and mouse. The first problem arose with payment as they didn't have card machines, forcing me to go draw money first. Second problem arising upon inspection of the goods at home: it was a set of wired keyboard and mouse. I then returned to the store to get the correct product, but was then told it would be more expensive. I was willing to pay extra to get it, but luckily I took a second look at the keyboard and realised it had no hotkeys for volume control. At this point I had lost all patience, demanded my money back, went to Game store and got a wireless keyboard and mouse with hotkeys... for cheaper than any keyboard at Matrix Warehouse. In my opinion if you can't even beat the prices and products of a top line company like Game, your service should at least be better then.
