Selling \Fong kong "cartridges"""
I bought two cartridges from Matrix warehouse Northmead on Monday 26th January.<br> I printer 5 pages with the cartridges and my printer won't print anymore because it says the cartridges are empty.<br> <br> They told me that there is no guarantee with cartridges because it is a consumable. So they probably had the same issue before with other clients and still they keep selling these faulty cartridges that's why they mentioned the issue to me when buying the cartridges.<br> <br> I can obviously not take it back even if I wanted too because I've thrown the boxes away with my old cartridges.<br> <br> I won't be buying from Matrix again seeing they sell you stuff that they know is faulty and and they just take your money.<br> <br>

These cartridges are an international brand and the factory produces them under stringent quality control processes. The Sailner brand products are fully backed by our Matrix Warehouse warranty. It is not common for this brand to malfunction as these have. This is the reason the store was reluctant to replace the cartridges immediately as it is not usual for them to fail. Matrix Warehouse is most willing to offer you replacement cartridges under warranty for these faulty ones.
