Selling Counterfeit/**** Brand name goods.

Purchased Sony Cycle Energy AA re-chargable batteries (Set of 2 pieces) × 6 in the beginning of December. Upon receipt I opened one pack and immediately noticed that the batteries were very light in weight which usually means inferior quality or knock offs. Installed in wireless keyboard which ran for about 30 mins and then died. Thought it may have been on the shelf for a while and thus discharged so recharged overnight. Installed fully charged next day and the batteries barely made it through ONE(1) day! Opened a second pack and have the same issue. The other four packs are unopened. These batteries are rated @ 4600mAh and should outlast my Energizer 1400mAh by at least double in the same device.

Research shows that these are counterfeit batteries as it has neither the hologram on the pack nor anywhere close to the weight of a real NH battery. I have contacted Sony Asia and now Sony EMEA who confirmed **** batteries and suggested I contact Matrix. To date I have contacted them twice and am being absolutely ignored.
