bought a hdtv to vga convertor for my pc as they said it would work but it doesnt so i phoned them to get a refund just to get told they cant because the item works with a cable what bulls**t is that bunch of *****s they convinced me its going to work but it doesnt i think they must go and learn the consumer act as im is retail myself so please people dont buy from them

When you came into the store you were looking for a DVI to VGA cable which we tested on your RX 560 GPU and it was not working, Thereafter we tested it with the HDMI to VGA adapter in front of you and it was displaying fine and subsequently you bought the unit. We then reminded you that you need to plug in the USB cable in order for the adapter to work. You are welcome to bring the unit in with your hardware and we will test it and should there be a problem we will assist you.
