I am writing this on behalf of my father , Quinton, who has now has no access to a computer to do it himself . Within the last 2 weeks he decided to take his laptop to your Matrix branch in Constantia , Florida, to see why it was so slow , he accesses FACEBOOK and his EMAILS , that's it , he was charged R150 to be told there was nothing wrong with the laptop and was sold a ****le for R600 odd as 'this may sort out your problem' well it hasn't , he has wasted Money on the ****le he didn't need and now has no access to the laptop at all. Is an older person seen as 'easy money' , I am at a total loss for words and DEFINITELY won't be using MATRIX and will tell my friends of how my dad was ********** !!!!!!
