I took my laptop on and was told my computer is freezing because it needs a new harddrive or SSD card. The cost would be R2000. I could not believe this and took it to another place to get a second opinion. I was told I just need more RAM and it was going to cost me R350. I feel that the guy at matrix Bokberg wanted to rip me off and make money. How many other people have the ****med and given the wrong information .. There does not seem to be much integrity these days
