Resolving troubles and keeping a calm atmosphere
In October, my girlfriend took her laptop in for an overheating issue, for which the laptop basically came back non functional (long story short).<br> <br> I went in with her today since she discovered another issue yesterday (same day as laptop return).<br> <br> Although the manager's (Bianka) attitude was a bit \rough"at the beginning of our conversation"
