Refuse to exchange faulty cable
I bought HDMI 5m cable around 9.15am and took it home to connect it, only to find out it has loose pins and not working, I return the cable around 13.00pm same day, First i was told is not their cable when i ask them to check other cables to see if they are identical, then that's when i was told they don't do exchange and refund. they said i broke cable, i asked if they tested all cabled before selling them and they said NO. I will never buy and recommend any 1 to matrix. in fact i want to take this matter further, who else can help for me to get my money back.

All items are indeed comprehensively tested by the manufacturers under stringent controls. The cable was installed and pulled into a roof causing the damage to the tip of the cable. Regrettably Matrix Warehouse does not cover items under warranty that have been damaged by abuse or misuse. The item has been voided of the warranty for this reason.
