REFUND HEADACHE

I have been waiting for a refund since 22 February from Matrix warehouse. I returned a charger that I bought from them as it was not compatible to my phone. The sales rep told me that they don't do cash refunds instead they credit the funds back into the customers account, which I did not agree with at the time but hey I though, let me give them a benefit of a doubt. Well the money never reflected back into my account. I went back on 7 March, Michael Hough told me that it was not their problem but the bank's. He sent an email to Natasha at Nedbank to follow up on my query, Natasha then forwarded that email to Cathrine Sales manager at Nedbank. All this admin for a mere R99. Culdn't they have refunded at the store? in this day and age, baffles me!!
